My Dance Philosophy
Feel Liberated and Shine!
I have been dancing for 28 years and in the fitness industry for over a decade. I am truly passionate about movement, allowing our souls’ expression without words. I have always had a deep understanding that when I move or dance in any way, it releases stuck emotions. Trauma and emotions get stuck in our body along with toxins if we don’t flush them out consistently. So removing any barriers which prevent our energy from flowing allows for all the good to come into us and through all of us. When we feel shame or embarrassment, feeling those emotions and moving them out of our system is clearing energy so that our life force energy can flow in. If we feel shame or embarrassment and let that take over then we are doing a disservice to ourselves because we are energy and we are meant to move, in whatever form or way that feels right for you. If we can release those limiting beliefs it allows your soul to shine and express. It’s so freeing and liberating!
I am a dance teacher and dance is one of my greatest passions. It is my medicine to share with the world. I am told by all my students how confident and sexy they feel expressing themselves in the safe spaces that I offer. I love teaching dancers that are new to dance or haven’t danced in a while and allowing their inner Goddess to be unleashed. Watching them progress and shine gives me ultimate pleasure. I pride myself on creating a safe and loving space for my students and then starting with basic movements and creating that space in our systems to dance it out! I always adapt to my students’ needs so they always leave feeling accomplished and sexy! A transformation happens in my classes, we become a sisterhood and leave feeling sassy and liberated. I specialize in teaching Sass, Burlesque, Showgirl, Chair, Cabaret, Jazz, Ballet and Soul Dancing. I teach private and group classes.
“Candace created a room full of playful, fun-loving energy with a delicious dose of sass and sexy. I left feeling energized, empowered and connected to my feminine power and sensuality” ~ Paula Hesje
