Hi, I’m Candace

For years , I have lived as the shadow of the woman I knew I could be. Life felt heavy, unexciting, complicated. I shunned my body, I numbed the unease with food and checking out.

Until I found Internal Family Systems, a powerful evidence-based psychotherapy that transformed me and my life. Paired with my love for dance, this powerful combination unlocked the flow of life force energy, my personal power and the beautiful woman within.

    Energy + Movement = Emotions. An important part of Therapy is physically moving and flushing out stuck emotions and blockages; freeing up space in our system for our life force energy to flow through us freely. We can integrate this into our sessions or separately so you can fully let go and release.
